The workflow assessment

The questionnaire page does not load Google Tag Manager, even if you allow analytics elsewhere. The site's assessment code does not put answers, results or copied text into analytics events or dataLayer.

The five-question assessment asks for a general business description, a repetitive process, team size, system categories and an improvement goal. It uses fixed rules in your browser to prepare a brief. Answers are not submitted to our servers, sent to an AI service, or saved in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. There is no lead database or automatic follow-up.

Answers and results exist in the current page. Use Clear answers to remove them from the page; refreshing, leaving or switching language may also clear them. Browser features or extensions are outside the site's control. Do not enter confidential documents, credentials, customer records or sensitive personal information.

Copying a brief writes text to your device clipboard only after you request it. Manual copying is available if automatic copy is blocked. Neither action sends it to VISIONARY; clipboard history may retain copied text until you clear it. Sharing through WeChat is a separate choice, subject to that service and the recipient's handling. Loading the assessment page still creates normal web requests that may appear in hosting logs.

The contact page and QR image

The website does not collect enquiry form data. The contact page displays a supplied WeChat profile and QR image, with links to save or open the original image. That page does not ask you to enter a name, email address, company or workflow description.

Displaying, opening or downloading the image does not send a friend request or message. Those actions are your choice within WeChat. Loading the page or image is a normal web request and may appear in hosting logs.

A conversation in WeChat

WeChat is a separate service. If you add the contact or send messages, the conversation takes place within WeChat and is subject to WeChat's privacy policy and the recipient's handling of the information you share. This website does not control WeChat's storage, retention or sharing features.

Before sending a friend request, confirm that the profile name displayed in WeChat is Visionary. Check the recipient before sharing any business information.

Language preference

The .Visionary.Culture cookie remembers your chosen language. It is a preference cookie, not an analytics identifier. A link with an explicit language displays that version first; otherwise the site uses your saved preference, then your browser's supported language settings.

You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Removing the preference cookie may reset your language selection; blocking cookies may prevent the language switch from working.

Language switch security

Changing the language submits a request protected by an anti-forgery token and an associated security cookie. They help reject forged language-change submissions; they are not used for analytics or to collect an enquiry.

Optional Google analytics and your choice

If a declined choice cannot be saved, the site still stops loaded tags by reopening the current URL with analytics=off. This disables analytics on that page even if an older permission cookie remains; it is not a saved site-wide preference. The notice explains how to fix cookie settings before visiting another page.

Public information pages can load Google Tag Manager container GTM-K377V7WW after you choose Allow analytics. Before you allow it, after you decline, or when JavaScript is disabled, the site does not load that container or a no-script tracking iframe. The workflow questionnaire and error pages are excluded.

GTM is a tag container, not an analytics report. If Google Analytics tags are configured and published in it, they may process page URLs, referrers, timestamps, device/browser details and interaction events, and use identifiers such as _ga cookies. Requests to Google also expose technical network information, including your IP address. The active tags and retention settings depend on the container and Google Analytics configuration; they are not established by installing GTM alone.

The site's consent interface grants analytics only; advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain denied. This integration does not add advertising tags or send questionnaire answers. Google may process data in other countries under its terms and privacy policy. Google privacy policy

The first-party .Visionary.Analytics cookie stores only a versioned granted/denied choice for 180 days, not questionnaire answers or a visitor identifier. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it. Withdrawing consent reloads the current page to stop loaded tags and attempts to delete accessible standard Google Analytics cookies. It does not delete data already sent to Google; other cookies or browser records may need to be cleared in browser settings. If cookies are blocked, a choice cannot be saved and the site displays an error rather than claiming success.

Hosting logs

Independently of your analytics choice, normal hosting and infrastructure logs may retain request metadata, such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser information and response status. Log retention depends on the hosting configuration.

Having no enquiry form does not mean that visiting the site or downloading its contact image leaves no technical records.

Share only what is necessary

Keep the first conversation high-level. Do not send passwords, access keys, confidential documents, customer records or sensitive personal information. Prefer a general description or an anonymised example of the workflow.

If a more detailed review is appropriate, agree on what information is needed and how it should be shared before sending it. Information you send in WeChat is handled by that service and the recipient, not by a website enquiry form.
